For Thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and Xhy truth unto the clouds.
Be Thou exalted, O God, above the heavens ; let Thy glory be above all the earth.
The works of the Lord are great, sought out ■of all them that have pleasure therein.
His work is honorable and glorious: and His righteousness endureth forever.
He hath made His wonderful work to be re�membered: the Lord is gracious and full of compassion.
He hath given meat unto them that fear Him : He will ever be mindful of His covenant.
He hath shewed His people the power of His works, that He may give them the heritage of the heathen.
The works of His hands are verity and judg�ment ; all His commandments are sure.
They stand fast for ever and ever, and are done in truth and uprightness.
He sent redemption unto His people: He hath commanded His covenant forever: holy and reverend is His name.
The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wis�dom : a good understanding have all they that do His commandments : His praise endureth forever.
we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Where* withal shall we be clothed ?
(For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Take therefore no thought for the morrow : for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof!

NUMBER XIX.
Leader. Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:
Response. But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:
L. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
R. The light of the body is the eye : if there�fore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that dark�ness !
No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other ; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye can not serve God and mammon.
Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink ; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment.
Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they ?
Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature ?
And why take ye thought for raiment ? Con�sider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to-day is, and to-morrow is cast into the oven, shall He not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall

Leader. I will bless the Lord at all times t His praise shall continually be in my mouth.
Response. My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.
L. O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His name together.
R. I sought the Lord, and He heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
They looked unto Him, and were lightened : and their faces were not ashamed.
This poor man cried, and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear Him, and delivereth them.
O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in Him.
O fear the Lord, ye His saints: for there is no want to them that fear Him.
The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger: but they that seek the Lord shall not want any good thing.
Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord.
What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good ?
Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips that they speak no guile.
Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it
The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and His ears are open unto their cry.
